Terms for digital guide purchases

These terms apply to purchases of the Mac Guide for Windows Users digital guide sold through signalfoundrylabs.com. For questions about an order, delivery, or these terms, contact hello@signalfoundrylabs.com.

The product sold on this site is a digital PDF guide. Checkout is handled by Stripe, and the guide is delivered by email/download link after payment is completed.

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment processing, taxes, and any payment-method handling are managed by Stripe.

If your receipt or download email does not arrive, if the file is defective, or if you were charged in error, contact support and include the order email address and purchase date so the order can be checked quickly.

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered after successful delivery or download access has been provided. Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges, failed delivery, or a defective file that cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the guide for your own reference. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the file publicly without written permission.

All site content, guide materials, branding, and related assets remain the property of Signal Foundry unless stated otherwise.
